Pulse Healthcare offers generous compensation for both full and part-time positions. We also guarantee pay for the number of hours you’ve agreed to work in your contract (depending on the type of contract). Pulse Healthcare offers an option of Paid Vacation. This is accrued over a period of the traveler completing 4 consecutive assignments. Talk to your recruiter for the details.
Weekly Housing Stipend
We want you to feel comfortable and safe when you travel with us. Our Travel Coordinator will work closely with you to assist you in locating the perfect home away from home environment! Travelers have the flexibility to choose from either weekly housing stipend or corporate housing.
Per Diem Allowance
Travelers are paid legally allowed per diem allowance as per the IRS regulations.
Weekly Direct Deposit
Travelers get their salary deposited directly into the bank account of their choice every Friday. The deposit can be split among two or three accounts.

Workers’ Compensation & Liability Insurance
In the unlikely event of an accident or injury on the job, Pulse Healthcare provides full coverage Workers’ Compensation so you never have to worry about undue medical expenses or lost wages due to an incident. Contract-specified liability insurance is also provided to employees during the tenure and performance of their duties with Pulse Healthcare.
If you need insurance, we have a comprehensive package that offers health, dental, and liability. For health coverage, we offer our travel nurses either PPO or HMO plans that cover doctor visits, wellness exams, diagnostic tests, prescription medications, and hospitalization, nationwide. We also offer company-covered AD&D and STD!
It is our goal to make sure both you and our agency are in full compliance with all IRS rules and regulations. We use data recognized by the IRS that is specific by region to ensure you’ll get the maximum legal tax benefit allowed by law. Why? Because we know how you’d feel if you ended up with an unpleasant surprise during a tax audit down the road.
