Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Clinical Rehabilitation Specialists to join our team. This position focuses on providing specialized post-acute brain injury and stroke rehabilitation services in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality rehabilitation services to clients recovering from brain injuries and strokes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate adaptive sports activities and recreational therapy services.
• Provide ongoing assessment and adjustment of client care as necessary.
• Participate in training programs to achieve certification as a brain injury specialist.
• Engage in clinical mentoring to support professional development.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday with opportunities for weekend rotation

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or certification in rehabilitation therapy or a related field.
• Passion for clinical excellence and commitment to patient care.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in neurorehabilitation is preferred but not required.
