Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

This opportunity is for a Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on night shifts. The position will span either 13 or 26 weeks, with a start date in November. Candidates should be prepared to work either 36 or 48 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care during night shifts.
• Participate in the scheduling process, including working 3 weekends during the 6-week scheduling period.
• Be available to work on 2 out of the 3 winter holidays.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification must be in hand at the time of submission.
• Dr. Brown’s Infant Driven Feeding Certification is required; candidates may submit with this certification pending (associated cost applies).
• Virginia nursing license can be submitted as pending.

Additional Information

Time off requests are subject to approval and are limited to a maximum of 40 hours. Time off will not be approved during the first two weeks of the assignment, and time off around Christmas is also not permitted.
