Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a highly skilled Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
• Monitor and assess patient vital signs and conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and execute individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery processes.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required.
• Current and valid registered nurse license in Ohio or a compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

Shift Information:

• Night shift: 3 – 12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
