Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

Shifts Available

• Day/Mid Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (rotation required)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care.
• Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient’s condition.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address any concerns or questions.
• Participate in emergency response situations and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in an emergency room setting.
• Current Ohio nursing license or compact state license is required at the time of application.
• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be current and valid upon application. TNCC certification preferred.

You will be working in a dynamic Emergency Department, providing critical care and support to patients in urgent need of medical attention.
