We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team in a supportive and state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care in a critical care environment.

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Yes, every other weekend
• Call Requirements: None
• Years of Experience: 1-2 years in an acute care facility
• Float Requirements: May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility

Essential Qualifications

• Required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS
• Preferred Experience: Previous experience in an ICU setting

Unit Profile

• Patient Ratios: 4:1 during Day shift; 5:1 during Night shift
• EHR System: Meditech

Patient Population

The ICU specializes in neuro patients, providing comprehensive care for individuals suffering from complex neurological conditions.

Common Responsibilities

• Perform direct patient care according to established protocols and standards.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
