Patient Population

The Speech Pathologist will work with patients focusing on a variety of diagnoses, including:

• Dysphagia (swallowing disorders)
• Voice disorders including Passy-Muir valve (PMV) therapy
• Swallowing treatment

Qualifications

• Required Skills/Experience: Expertise in Modified Barium Swallow studies (MBS)
• Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy patients, and use of Passy-Muir valves
• Years of Experience: 2+ years in a similar role
• Required Education: Relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology
