Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality care to our patients. This role involves working collaboratively within a supportive team environment and delivering effective treatment for patients with a variety of speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Perform in-house Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS) to assess swallowing function.
• Provide therapy for dysphagia and voice disorders using appropriate techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure as a Speech Pathologist.
• Experience with Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS) is required.
• Preferred experience with ventilator-dependent patients and Passy Muir Valves (PMV).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
