Job Description

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and available resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and demands.

Schedule

This position requires availability for a schedule from Sunday to Thursday. Orientation sessions are conducted biweekly on Tuesdays.

Travel Requirements

Candidates located 60 miles or greater from the work location will be considered for travel assignments.

Certifications
