Travel OR/GI Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Travel OR/GI Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position is available for immediate start and offers a 13-week contract. The RN will be required to work five 8-hour shifts during the day, from 9 AM to 5 PM, and will also need to be available for on-call duties as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the circulation and scrubbing of operating room procedures related to gastrointestinal cases.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of medical scopes and equipment.
• Follow floating requirements as needed across various units.
• Participate in holiday rotations as required by the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a GI nursing role.
• Proficient in circulating and scrubbing procedures.
• Strong knowledge and experience with cleaning and maintenance of scopes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different units if necessary.
