Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 104 across five units (adult, child, geriatric)
• Patient Ratios: 1:8 variable (lower ratios for geriatric and pediatric patients)
• EHR: Cerner
• Patient Population: Geriatric, pediatric (ages 5-17), adult

Qualifications

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Previous behavioral health experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, anxiety
• Personality Fit: Must be willing to work with both adult and pediatric populations
• Required Education: Certification and licensure to work as an RN in Massachusetts
