Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and be committed to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Position Information:

• Role: RN
• Specialty: Emergency Nursing
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Requirements: 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks
• Call Requirements: None

Qualifications:

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS
• Years of Experience: 2+ years ideally
• Required Education: Active RN license

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 22
• Patient Ratios: 4:1 for pod patients, 2:1 for critical, 6:1 for fast track
• Electronic Health Record: Cerner
• Patient Population: All age groups, including pediatric and adult patients

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Emergency Room experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Trauma and pediatric experience
• Type of Patients on Unit: Traumas, STEMIs, psychiatric conditions, cardiac issues, GI problems, strokes, and various other emergencies
• Personality Fit: Hardworking, resilient, team-oriented, and easy-going

• Scrub Color: Any color or print
• Unacceptable Attire: Non-scrubs, t-shirts, open-toe shoes, hoodies, leggings
