Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical

A healthcare facility is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for their Medical/Surgical unit. This role involves providing care to a diverse patient population across all ages, managing a range of medical conditions including COPD, post-operative care for joint surgeries, and care for diabetic patients.

Position Information:

• Department: Medical Surgical Combination
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/as needed
• Call Requirements: As needed
• Patient Ratios: Up to 1:6 with Patient Care Assistant support
• Electronic Health Record: MediTech

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 57
• Supervisor: Med/Surg Director

Qualifications:

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI/HWC/MAB
• Years of Experience: 1+ years preferred
• Required Education: RN license in Kentucky
