Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical unit. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Position Information

• Department: Medical Surgical Combination
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every Other/As Needed
• Call Requirements: As Needed
• Float Requirements: As Needed/Possibility to float to like units

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 57
• Patient Ratios: Up to 1:6 with PCA assistance
• EHR System: MediTech
• Patient Population: All ages

Qualifications

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI/HWC/MAB
• Years of Experience: 1+ years
• Required Education: Current RN licensure in Kentucky

Common Diagnoses/Treatments

• COPD
• Post-operative joints
• Diabetic population
