Registered Nurse (RN): Med/Surg

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical unit. The nurse will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care across a diverse patient population. This position requires strong clinical skills, compassion, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Unit Profile

• Number of Beds: 57
• Patient Ratios: Up to 1:6 with PCA assistance
• Electronic Health Record (EHR): MediTech
• Patient Population: Serves all ages

Position Details

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 36
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/as needed
• Call Requirements: As needed

Qualifications

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI/HWC/MAB
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year
• Preferred Skills: Experience with COPD, post-operative joints, and diabetic patients is advantageous.
• Required Education: Must possess the necessary certifications and licensure required to practice as an RN.
