Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Position Information

This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery, focusing on providing exceptional care in a birthing center environment. The role is a critical component in supporting mothers during labor and delivery.

Shift and Hours

• Shift: Nights, 3 shifts per week (3×12)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: As required by the facility
• Call Requirements: As required by the facility

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery
• Ability to float as needed (non-negotiable)
• Patient-focused team player with a flexible and positive attitude

• Patient Ratios: 1:5
• EMR: EPIC
