Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, and implementation of nursing interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Experience in a similar clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and any additional certifications relevant to the role.

Additional Information
