Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services.

Role Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health status, documenting findings and changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to best practices and protocols.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
• Participate in care plan development and modifications based on patient needs and responses.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse licensure.
• Exceptional clinical skills and knowledge in nursing practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the relevant specialty area is preferred.

Additional Information

An orientation will be held weekly on Mondays to onboard new team members effectively. Candidates should be prepared for potential travel, as a local rate with a reduction in travel expenses will apply.
