Position Description

Join a fast-paced rural emergency department as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN). This position is designed for experienced professionals with a strong background in emergency nursing.

Job Details

• Employment Type: Travel Contract
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Floating: Required to float to nearby emergency departments every third weekend
• Scheduling: Block scheduling is not available

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure in Indiana
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Completion of de-escalation training
• 1-2 years of experience in emergency services
• Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 23 beds
• Patient Ratio: 4 or 5 patients per nurse
• Scrub Color: Navy blue
