Job Description

The position is for a Post Partum Registered Nurse with a focus on providing care to patients following childbirth. Ideal candidates should be prepared to meet the following requirements:

• Start Date: As soon as possible
• First Time Traveler: Yes
• Weekend Requirement: Yes, as needed to meet staffing demands
• Visits Per Day: 20
• Rooms/Beds: 11/15
• Average Daily Census: 15-20
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year
• Float Requirement: Yes, travelers may be required to float within their scope based on facility needs.
• Licensing: A valid California state license is required; pending licenses will not be accepted.
• Requests for Time Off: No more than 7 days

This facility provides care for high-risk obstetrics and serves a culturally diverse population. Registered Nurses will have the opportunity to circulate during cesarean sections.
