Registered Nurse (RN) – MS/Tele

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry to join our float personnel team. The ideal candidate will exhibit adaptability and a strong ability to manage diverse patient populations in various settings.

Position Overview

• Unit: Float Personnel
• Shift: Day shift, 3×12-hour schedule (07:00 – 19:30)
• Start: ASAP

Patient Population

The nurse will provide care across a broad spectrum of patient cases, including those transferred from the Emergency Room, Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical units. Our team is committed to meeting the needs of our institution by floating to where care is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in various settings as needed.
• Support a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4-6, which may vary based on unit acuity.
• May assume charge nurse responsibilities on smaller units, ensuring proper staffing, bed flow, and general coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience working in the United States healthcare system is required.
• Charge nurse experience is preferred.
• Cardiac step-down experience is ideal but not mandatory.
