Medical Assistant

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an outpatient clinic setting with OB/GYN experience required.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Certification: Medical Assistant Diploma from a DAPIP-accredited program.
• Certifications: BLS certification from AHA or ARC only.
• Flu Vaccine: Must receive the flu vaccine with no declinations or exemptions.
• Special Skills: Proficiency in fetal heart tone monitoring, blood/lab draws, venipuncture, and experience with EPIC.

Job Details

• Weekend Requirement: No.
• Floating Requirement: Yes, willingness to float between locations may be required.
• Scheduling: No scheduling requests can be accommodated.
• Time Off: Must provide 7 days or less for time off (RTO), with no requests permitted within the first 2 weeks of employment.

Shift Information

Day shift: 5 days a week with 8-hour shifts from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
