LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting.

Shift Information

• Shift Type: Nights
• Shift Length: 12 hours
• Schedule: 7 PM to 7 AM; every other weekend and holiday required

Responsibilities

The LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Monitoring and assessing patient conditions and implementing care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Providing education and support to residents and their families

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Current BLS Certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Unit Information

This position is designated for a long-term care/skilled nursing facility unit, where compassion and clinical expertise combine to enhance the quality of patient care.

Additional Notes

• This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
• Local travel may be required within 80 miles of the main location.
• A backout/quit fee will be assessed if two weeks’ notice is not given.
