a) Registered users / applicants. When you register or apply through the Website, we may collect: name, email address, phone number, resume, professional references, licenses and certifications, and other information relevant to placing you with a client. For clinical and allied-health roles, this may also include credentialing information such as immunization records, drug-screening results, and background-check results, where required by a client facility or applicable law.
b) Unregistered users. Visitors who do not register are still subject to passive data collection, such as IP address, approximate location, and browser/session data collected via cookies.
c) All users. The passive data collection described above applies to all visitors, registered or not.
d) Email marketing. We may collect your name and email address to send marketing communications, only where you have affirmatively opted in.
e) Content interaction. If the Website allows comments on blogs or other content, we may collect the username or email address you use to post.

Article 12 — SMS and Text Messaging
If you affirmatively opt in to receive SMS or MMS text messages from Pulse Healthcare Services, we may use your mobile telephone number to send job opportunity alerts, recruiter communications, assignment and scheduling updates, credentialing and onboarding reminders, and other communications related to our staffing and recruiting services.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your recruitment or assignment status. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information, including mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent, will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide mobile information to service providers that assist us in operating our messaging program, such as telecommunications providers and messaging platform providers, solely as necessary to provide those services.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent to receive SMS or MMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, engagement, application, placement, or purchase of any goods or services.

Your privacy is important to us. This Employee Privacy Policy describes the Personal Data we collect about you as a prospective, current, or former employee ("Employee"), how we use and share it, how it is stored, and your rights regarding it.
Article 1 — Definitions
Company. Rao Radiologists, Inc., d/b/a Pulse Healthcare Services, and its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Company," "we," "us," "our").
Employee. Any individual who seeks to be, is, or was employed by the Company.
Personal Data. Information relating to an identifiable Employee. Does not include de-identified or aggregated data.

Article 3 — Collection of Personal Data
We collect the following categories of Personal Data as needed to manage the employment relationship:

● Resumes, applications, and professional/personal references
● Start date, job title, and work location

● Signed company policies and employment forms
● Payroll information, including tax forms (e.g., W-9, state tax forms, 1099s), Social Security number, bank/direct-deposit details, and photo ID

Clinical and allied-health credentialing: because Pulse places Employees in healthcare facilities, we may also collect credentialing-related information required by clients or accrediting bodies, such as immunization/vaccination records, TB or drug-screening results, and background-check results. We treat this information as a special category of Personal Data under Article 5 below and limit its use to credentialing, compliance, and placement purposes.
Article 4 — Use of Personal Data
We use Personal Data to manage payroll, benefits, and business operations; conduct performance reviews; handle disputes or grievances; evaluate qualifications; manage compensation and equity; process claims; maintain accounting records; provide training; and comply with applicable law. We process Personal Data only where permitted or required by law, including to perform our obligations as your employer, to pursue legitimate business interests, to protect vital interests, or with your consent. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing of your Personal Data without appropriate safeguards.
Article 5 — Special Categories of Personal Data
Certain data we collect may be considered "sensitive" under applicable law, including health information (such as immunization or drug-screening records collected for credentialing, as described in Article 3), racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, sexual orientation, criminal background, genetic or biometric data, and trade union membership. Where we request this information, you may ask about the purpose of the request and, where legally permitted, decline to provide it.
Article 6 — Data Sharing
We share Personal Data with service providers who assist in the employment relationship, including payroll and benefits administrators, background-check and credentialing vendors, scheduling platforms, I-9/E-Verify processors, and insurance providers ("Third-Party Service Providers"). These providers may access Personal Data only as needed to perform their services and are contractually required to protect it consistently with this policy.
Phone numbers collected for SMS opt-in are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may also disclose Personal Data without consent where necessary to: protect our legal rights; comply with law, subpoena, or court order; pursue legal action against an Employee who has violated the law; complete a business transfer, merger, or sale of assets; cooperate with a lawful investigation; or investigate suspected fraud or policy violations.
Article 7 — Data Storage Location
The Company is based in Vienna, Virginia, and operates exclusively within the United States. Your Personal Data is processed and stored at our U.S. facilities and by U.S.-based Third-Party Service Providers; it is not transferred outside the United States.
Article 8 — Data Storage and Security
We retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to administer your employment and, after employment ends, for as long as required for legal, tax, or recordkeeping purposes. We apply administrative and technical safeguards — including access controls, secured networks, and encryption — consistent with industry standards. No system is completely secure; we will notify you of any breach affecting your Personal Data as required by applicable law and take reasonable steps to mitigate harm.

You may access, correct, amend, or request deletion of your Personal Data by contacting Human Resources, except where the burden of doing so is disproportionate to the privacy risk or would violate another person's rights. California-based Employees have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to limit use of sensitive personal information and to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Data; Virginia-based Employees have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA). If we intend to use your Personal Data for a purpose materially different from those described here, or disclose it to a third party in a new way, we will provide an opportunity to opt out first.
