Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This role involves providing comprehensive care to residents and ensuring their well-being during the night shift.

Shift Details

• Shift: 6 PM – 6:30 AM
• Schedule: Every 3rd weekend and every other holiday
• Shift Length: 12 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:

• Assisting with daily patient care and monitoring individual health statuses.
• Administering medications and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Providing emotional support and education to patients and families.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Required Certifications: BLS Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility.

Work Environment

This position requires working in a Long-Term Care/SKILLED Nursing Facility. The environment can be fast-paced and may require adaptability to accommodate the needs of residents.

• This is a temporary assignment until a permanent position is filled.
