Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our patients in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF). The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering compassionate patient care and will work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Work Schedule
- Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Shift Length: 12 hours
- Required Weekends: Every other 3rd weekend
- Holidays: Every other holiday
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents within the facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individual care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Current BLS Certification required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week for twelve-hour shifts.
- Immediate start is preferred.
