Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility environment. This position involves providing essential care and support for residents to enhance their quality of life.

Job Details

• Unit Type: Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility
• Shift Length: 12 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Work Week: Sunday through Saturday
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend and holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance to residents with daily living activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and other essential care needs.
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive care for all residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
