Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team, specializing in post-acute brain injury and stroke rehabilitation. The position offers an opportunity for you to make a significant difference in the lives of individuals recovering from neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized rehabilitation services to clients with brain injuries and stroke.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Engage clients in adaptive sports and recreational therapy activities.
• Participate in weekend rotation as required.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for clinical excellence and rehabilitation.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with weekend rotation.
• A commitment to participating in paid training for certification as a brain injury specialist through the CBIS program.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or outpatient rehabilitation is preferred.
