Full-Time Physical Therapist

Position Overview

A critical need exists for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be flexible with scheduling, including weekdays and weekends. This position requires a dedication to providing high-quality care and rehabilitation services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients’ physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ mobility and quality of life.
• Monitor and document patients’ progress throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and effective patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises to promote recovery.
• Adhere to facility protocols and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
