Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Summary

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained throughout the nursing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control practices.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Additional Information

This position may require occasional travel between multiple locations in the region. Flexibility in scheduling is preferred to meet the needs of the facility.
