Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our skilled nursing team. This role involves providing essential medical and rehabilitation care to individuals recovering from illness or injury.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients’ health status and vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide patient and family education to promote health and wellness.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.

Work Schedule

Full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a weekend rotation required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
