Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals in need. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of those under your care, and promoting a positive and caring environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
• Assist with mobility and physical exercises.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to appropriate personnel.
• Engage patients in conversation and companionship to enhance their quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Follow care plans and document services provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid caregiver account in New Mexico.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Reliable and responsible, with excellent time management skills.

Shift Details

The expected shift is from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM. Flexibility in scheduling may be necessary to accommodate client needs.
