Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care and possess the necessary certifications.

Shift Details

• Mid 3×12-Hour: 13:00 – 01:00
• Mid 4×12-Hour: 13:00 – 01:00
• Start date within the next 3-5 weeks
• 36/48 hour alternating schedule
• 84 hours guaranteed biweekly

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred (first-time travelers not accepted, but less experience may be considered)
• Travel experience preferred
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS

Unit Information

• Patient Ratios: 4 patients per nurse
• Orientation Hours: 48
• Daily Census: Approximately 190 patients
• Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics

Additional Information

Mandatory lab items must be completed within 72 hours of accepting the offer, or a plan must be in place for timely completion.

The candidate should utilize EPIC charting experience effectively during patient care.
