Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, support emotional well-being, and ensure safety and comfort for all patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individual patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Work Environment
