Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both outpatient and inpatient care, with a focus on providing high-quality patient support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Utilize strong IV skills in patient treatments.
• Provide weekend coverage, with an on-call schedule as needed.
• Participate in hospital orientation and continuous education.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our EMR systems, including EPIC and EndoWorks.

Qualifications

• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS, must be AHA certified) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Ability to self-schedule for on-call duties, including weekdays and weekends.
• Strong IV skills essential for patient care.

Additional Information

• Shift Length: 10 hours.
• Orientation: 1 week of floor orientation provided.
• Scrubs: Navy blue pants and solid navy-blue tops or solid white tops, with jackets allowed in solid navy blue or solid white.
• Work with a patient load of approximately 75 outpatient and 25 inpatient cases.
• Winter plan staffing flexibility is in place.
