Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Intermediate Care/Progressive Care Unit specializing in Comprehensive Liver Care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with established protocols and best practices.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a comparable unit.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule

This position requires availability for night shifts, working 3 x 12-hour shifts (19:00 – 07:00).
