Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) setting. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable managing high patient ratios and have experience in LTC.

Job Details

• Shift: Night shifts (3×12 hours, 19:00 – 07:00)
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Patient Ratios: 1:22-44
• Weekend Requirement: Yes
• Guaranteed Hours: Based on signed contract hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions as required.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Certifications Required: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Licensure: Active nursing license or pending license (must be obtained before starting).
• Availability: All requested time off (RTO) must be included in the initial submission.

Special Requirements

• Must be comfortable working with high patient ratios (1:22-44).
• LTC experience is required.
