Licensed Practical Nurse Travel – NICU

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel position in a Level II NICU. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the care of our neonatal patients, particularly during high-risk deliveries and Cesarean sections.

Position Overview

• Department: NICU Level II (Special Care)
• Number of Openings: 4
• Shift: Nights (7 PM – 7 AM)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Requirements: Rotating
• Call Requirements: None

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to neonatal patients in a Level II NICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting care as per standards.
• Attend all high-risk deliveries and Cesarean sections.
• Float to Labor and Delivery for well-baby couplet care as necessary.

Qualifications

• Required Certifications: BLS, NRP
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred
• Education: Current LPN licensure in the state of practice

• Number of Beds: 12
• Patient Ratios: Per NANN standards

• Scrub Color: Provided by the unit
