Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU/Stepdown

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in PCU/Stepdown nursing to join our healthcare team. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and care for patients in the PCU/Stepdown unit.
• Titrate and manage cardiac drips as required.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in PCU or Stepdown nursing.
• Proven experience with cardiac drips, including titration and management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule and Availability

• Shift: Day 3×12 hours (07:00 – 19:00).
• Weekends required every other week.
• No block schedules are necessary.
• Floating between units may be required during overstaffing situations.
