Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown/PCU

We are seeking experienced Stepdown/PCU Registered Nurses to join our team. This position requires nurses who are proficient in cardiac drip management, with the ability to titrate and manage medications effectively.

Position Details

• Unit: PCU/Stepdown 9N
• Shift: Day shift, consisting of three 12-hour shifts (07:00 – 19:00)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holidays: Candidates may choose one holiday—either Thanksgiving or Christmas—but cannot have both
• Floating: May be required to float between units if overstaffed
• On-Call: Not required
• Ratios: Expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:3-4
• Charting System: Epic

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a Stepdown or PCU setting
• Cardiac drip experience with the ability to titrate and manage is a hard stop requirement
