Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough verification of licenses and certifications.
• Maintain accurate records of personal health history, including vaccinations and health screenings.
• Ensure compliance with professional credentialing requirements.
• Complete necessary competency examinations and skills checklists.
• Provide a physical health statement for onboarding.
• Facilitate the completion of required drug screens and background checks.
• Assist in the preparation of proof of identity and employment verification documents.

Qualifications

• Valid professional licenses and certifications as required for the position.
• Current immunizations, including MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza.
• Ability to complete necessary health questionnaires and screenings.
• Proficient in documenting and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset.

Health Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccination proof may be required.
• Annual updates for PPD or equivalent TB screenings may be necessary.
• Completion of a drug screening as part of the onboarding process.

Professional Requirements

• Completion of a background check and verification of employment history.
• Submission of a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Photograph submission for identification purposes.

Shift Details

This role requires availability for the specified shift from 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM. Flexibility in scheduling may be beneficial as needed.
