Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional care to our patients in a supportive and engaging environment.

Shift Details

• Shift Type: 12-hour shifts
• Shift Timing: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend
• Holiday Coverage: Every other holiday

Assignment Length

This is a 13-week assignment with a guaranteed weekly hour commitment of 36 hours.

Patient Care Environment

The facility accommodates up to 39 beds with a staff-to-patient ratio of 1:39. The focus is on delivering care to patients with diagnoses including dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and major depressive disorder (MDD).

• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: PCC
• Overtime opportunities available
• There are no charge differentials or on-call responsibilities
• Note: Backouts and quits within 14 days incur a fee

Qualifications

Candidates are required to hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential for success in this role.
