Nursing Care Provider

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in a long-term care setting. The primary purpose of this position is to provide routine daily nursing care to residents, following established nursing care procedures and directives from supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver routine nursing care to residents in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with daily living activities to support residents’ health and well-being.
• Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards.

Qualifications

• Certification in nursing or relevant field is required.
• Experience in long-term care or similar settings is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Must pass the Colorado adult protective services (CAPS) check.
• Access to reliable transportation is necessary due to the rural location.
