Registered Nurse (RN) / Telemetry (Tele)

The Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with the Nursing Process, adhering to the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills and scientific judgment to ensure safe delivery of care.
• Maintains clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
• Delegates patient care priorities based on the education and experience of the available staff.
• Provides direction and supervision to assigned personnel in the delivery of patient care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with prior travel nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing clinical demands.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
