Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

We are currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient therapy role. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient physical therapy and be available to start as soon as possible.

Position Details

• Shift: Day 5×8-Hour (08:00 – 17:00)
• Days Required: 5 days a week
• Unit: Outpatient Physical Therapy

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment and evaluation for patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding therapies and rehabilitation procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
