PT Outpatient – Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our team. This position focuses on providing quality care to both male and female pelvic floor patients in an outpatient setting.

Shift Details

Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role does not require weekend shifts or floating to other areas.

Daily Caseload and Ratios

The position involves managing a diverse caseload of pelvic floor patients, ensuring personalized and effective treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy is required.
• First-time applicants are welcome.
• Active Illinois state PT license is required. Candidates must have an active license in hand or have already applied to be considered.
• BLS certification is mandatory.

Additional Information

• There are no on-call requirements for this role.
• Ideal candidates should have no more than 5 days of requested time off during the assignment.
• Cerner experience is preferred for charting purposes.
• Free parking is available in any unrestricted space.
• Business casual attire or solid scrubs are acceptable for this position.
