Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to provide specialized care for patients with pelvic floor concerns, both male and female. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to make a significant impact in the rehabilitation field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to facilitate recovery and improve quality of life.
• Document patient progress and outcomes utilizing Cerner for electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Schedule

The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. There are no weekend shifts required, and the facility is not open to block scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy required.
• Registered Physical Therapist with an active license in Illinois or in the process of obtaining one.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Cerner experience is preferred.

Additional Information

• No on-call duties required.
• Local candidates are encouraged to apply; there is no radius restriction.
• Must be present in Illinois 3 business days prior to compliance for fingerprinting requirements.
• Free parking is available in any unrestricted space.
• Business casual attire or plain solid scrubs are acceptable for this role.
