Job Summary

This role involves planning and conducting segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and enhancing physical, social, and mental functions. You will collaborate as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.

Job Requirements

Education and Work Experience:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required; foreign equivalent accepted if obtained license on or after January 2016.
• Preferred: Two years of physical therapy experience.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice: Required.
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to maintain quality standards and address assessment areas needing attention.
• Utilize appropriate clinical techniques and tools to create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions following established treatment protocols.
• Develop personalized care and discharge plans, ensuring effective communication with relevant parties.
• Complete thorough and accurate clinical documentation within specific deadlines.
• Supervise assigned assistants as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
