We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and health status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about health and wellness practices.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license required.
• Certification in Basic Pharmacology preferred.
• Completion of Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening.
• Fingerprint clearance required.
• Up-to-date personal health history including vaccinations (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Tdap, Varicella, TB Test).
• Completed drug screening (minimum 10-panel test).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

• Driver’s License/State ID required.
• Prime Core Competencies Exam certification.
• Completion of Prime Skills Checklist.
• Professional background checks and verifications are necessary.
