Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and appropriate care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; an associate degree in Nursing (ADN) may be considered.
• Recent clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications may be preferred.
